Magnet Forensics - Software Engineer - Magnet One (front-end, back-end, or full-stack opportunities)

• We are Hiring for Front-end, Back-end, or Full-stack Software Engineers! • Relevant professional software engineering experience; • Strong full-stack development skills with experience on both front-end and back-end systems; • Proficiency with React and modern front-end web development (component design, state management, responsive UI); • Experience with C# and building server-side application code (APIs, services, data access); • Experience writing and maintaining automated tests at various levels of abstraction; • Ability to work cross-functionally, communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and collaborate in a team environment; • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting in a fast-changing environment. • Python or other programming languages; • Linux environments and shell scripting; • Distributed data stores such as Elasticsearch, Redis, or PostgreSQL JSONB; • Observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry; • Cloud-native systems, distributed services, and SaaS platform development; • AWS, Kubernetes, or container-based deployment pipelines; • AI technologies and workflows (e.g., natural language search, agentic workflows, using AI as part of your development process); • Experience working in security-conscious or highly regulated environments. • Technologies You’ll Work With • We're hiring across multiple teams, so the technologies you work with may vary by role. Some of the tools and technologies used across our teams may include: • React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS; • REST and GraphQL APIs; • Automated testing (e.g., xUnit, Jest, PyTest); • Azure DevOps, GitLab, Git, and Jenkins; • Linux and shell scripting; • Docker and containerized services (e.g. Kubernetes) • Infrastructure-as-code (e.g. CDK) • Distributed, message-driven systems • Elasticsearch and search/indexing systems; • Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry; • AI Coding tools such as Claude Code and Cursor. • At Magnet Forensics, we take a hybrid-flexible approach to support your productivity and work-life balance.
