Requirements

• · Strong academic background in Mathematics, Econometrics, Statistics. • · Proficiency in Python, SQL, and/or R for data analysis and modeling • · Experience with data manipulation, statistical analysis, and model development • · Solid understanding of econometric techniques and their business applications • · Knowledge of AI agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain) and LLM applications • · Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with complex datasets • · Experience in marketing analytics, such as marketing mix modeling, attribution, or customer analytics • · Experience building end-to-end data science solutions or analytics platforms • · Familiarity with cloud platforms and data engineering concepts • · Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Python libraries) • Our differentiator is – Our People! Responsibilities

• · Analyze large, structured and unstructured datasets to extract actionable insights and support business decision-making • · Develop and implement data-driven solutions for marketing performance measurement, including ROI analysis and optimization • · Design and build statistical and econometric models (e.g., marketing mix models, forecasting models) • · Leverage AI and machine learning techniques, including AI agents and LLM-based solutions, to enhance analytical capabilities • · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical frameworks and technical solutions • · Identify opportunities to apply advanced analytics to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness • · Automate data pipelines, reporting, and analytical workflows using modern tools and technologies • · Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders through data visualization and storytelling • What We Look For in You:
