Requirements

• Experience with NetSuite is required. • Strong proficiency in excel is preferred. • Some previous managerial or supervisory experience is preferred but not required. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Solution-oriented mindset • Certifications/Licenses, Education, and Experience • 8+ years of accounting experience or CPA with 4+ years of accounting in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • How We Work Together • Location: Remote within the United States. This role requires 100% of work to be performed in a remote office environment. • Location • Travel: This is a remote position with less than 10% travel requirements. Responsibilities

• How You'll Make An Impact • Oversee the day to day accounting activities and monitor the company's general ledger to ensure accurate and timely month-end close. • Lead the ASC 606 revenue determinations and accounting treatments. Collaborate across teams to review revenue recognition policies based on contract reviews. • Work closely with the Sr. Director Accounting to lead and complete annual external audits and tax filings. • Assist with the development, review, and updating of accounting policies, procedures, checklists, and related documentation. • Review, approve, and prepare account reconciliations and journal entries to ensure accuracy of postings. • Actively support departmental process improvement and automation initiatives by identifying workflow gaps and contributing to efficiency-driven solutions • Review and process all intercompany and subsidiary transactions. • Coordinate with management and employees to ensure compliance of accounting policies. • Support stock compensation reporting requirements. • Identify and lead process improvement opportunities to increase effectiveness, and timeliness of financial reports. • Mentor and support staff regarding the handling of non-routine transactions. • Support cross-team special projects.
