Requirements

• 8+ years of corporate marketing experience in growth-oriented B2B SaaS • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role managing teams and budgets. • Proven track record of strategic impact and brand building in an Enterprise SaaS environment. • Hands-on experience with advanced AI tools for scaling marketing workflows. • Experience helping build category leadership and brand perception • Background in or deep understanding of Fintech, Wealthtech, or the Financial Services industry. • Experience with hybrid PLG/Enterprise sales motions.

Responsibilities

• Own Brand Strategy & Narrative • Define and evolve our corporate narrative and brand strategy based on market research. • Oversee PR, media relations, and event strategies to improve brand visibility. • Ensure absolute consistency in brand voice and messaging across all channels and PR efforts. • Lead Integrated Marketing Campaigns • Partner with Demand Gen and Product Marketing teams to define full-funnel marketing campaigns. • Ensure effective project management and on-time delivery of major campaigns. • Analyze marketing performance metrics to prioritize high-performing strategies. • Scale our corporate marketing engine • Manage internal teams, external freelancers, and agency partners. • Implement robust operations frameworks to streamline creative production and legal approvals. • Leverage modern AI tools to optimize marketing workflows without losing quality. • Drive Brand Perception and Awareness • Guide our content strategy and roadmap with high-value IP • Secure top-tier speaking slots and thought leadership for executives. • Amplify brand awareness through targeted campaigns and activations • What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months) • Comprehensive Brand Strategy: A fully aligned, 12-month corporate marketing strategy built with Product and Demand Gen. • Measurable Growth: Notable increases in share of voice, organic search traffic, and brand attribution to pipeline. • Operational Scale: A repeatable integrated marketing and creative supply chain using internal talent, agencies, and advanced AI workflows. • Team Leadership: A highly capable, small team of marketing professionals that you have coached and motivated. • Brand Authority: Successful execution of major PR campaigns and flagship thought leadership assets.
