Requirements
• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Trainer, Educator, or similar. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders. • Exceptional presentation skills, coupled with the patience to teach. • Passion for teaching and helping others succeed in their cloud readiness journey. • Flexibility to travel occasionally for on-site trainings, if needed. • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft product offerings, with an emphasis on AI, SaaS, or cloud technologies. • Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT). • Microsoft certifications, such as the AI-900, AZ-900, etc.
Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, and deliver training sessions internally and to clients on nebulaONE® • Tailor training content and delivery methods for internal purposes and/or to meet the specific needs of our clients. • Lead interactive promptathons, where clients work hands-on to build and refine AI prompts, tackling real-world challenges together. • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop training materials such as technical documentation, presentations and exercises. • Manage associated UK repositories and content created for training and/or change management purposes. • Perform live demonstrations and hands-on labs to illustrate concepts and provide practical guidance to clients. • Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft and AI advancements and best practices and maintain in-depth knowledge to deliver accurate and relevant content.
