Requirements

• Strong foundation in Python, LLMs, and agentic architectures. • Experienced in prompt engineering, context optimization, and AI pipeline design. • Comfortable building fast prototypes and testing model behavior in varied, complex contexts. • Curious, pragmatic, and unafraid to experiment, you turn uncertainty into working systems. • Experience integrating AI into desktop or web apps. • Familiarity with LangChain, OpenAI API, or similar frameworks. • Background in automation systems, workflow optimization, or enterprise AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Developing AI models to automate tasks within Reflow's engineering processes. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows and systems. • Conducting research on emerging technologies in the field of artificial intelligence relevant to our business needs. • Testing, deploying, and maintaining deployed AI models within Reflow's infrastructure. • Analyzing data sets for insights that can improve or optimize existing processes using machine learning techniques. • Writing code and scripts necessary for automating tasks related to the development of artificial intelligence solutions at Reflow. • Documenting technical aspects, methodologies, and findings in reports accessible by team members across departments within Reflow's engineering division.
