• Bachelor's degree
• Clear, confident phone communication and strong written follow-up

• Proven ability to manage a high volume of outreach and follow-up
• This role is a remote position based in Phoenix, AZ. Candidates must be located in or near the Phoenix area to be eligible. Available schedules include Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM PT.
• Experience in admissions, recruitment, sales, or another student/customer-facing role
• WHAT YOU'LL GET:
• A compensation package that includes a base salary $52,000 - $60,000 + equity grant
• Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary will be localized.
