Requirements

• You have 5+ years of experience in product marketing or marketing within a tech environment • You have led large-scale initiatives and know how to balance user needs with business outcomes • You care about creators and have a strong understanding of the podcast, video, or platform ecosystem • You are experienced in developing product positioning and leading go-to-market strategies • You collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and data partners to drive impact • You communicate clearly and influence stakeholders across different levels and functions • You stay organized and adaptable while managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving, global environment • Where You'll Be • This role is based in New York, New York. • We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home. • We ask that you come in 1-2 times per week. • The United States base range for this position is $102,981- $147,116, plus equity (plus bonus or commission. Responsibilities

• Lead go-to-market strategies for new creator products and capabilities, from early concept through launch • Shape product positioning, messaging, and narratives that resonate with creators and reflect real need • Partner closely with R&D teams to influence product strategy and ensure strong market fit • Collaborate with global marketing teams to plan and execute launches that educate and inspire creators • Define success metrics and track adoption, using insights to continuously improve performance • Identify new opportunities through market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and creator feedback • Work cross-functionally with research, insights, and product teams to inform roadmap decisions and marketing strategy
