You love what you do and you do it with purpose. • 5+ years in legal operations, contract management, commercial operations, or a related role at a technology company • Hands-on CLM experience, including system administration, workflow design, template management, and reporting • Proven experience building and improving legal or compliance processes such as intake, approvals, playbooks, and templates • Experience with AI tools in contracting or business workflows, or a demonstrated readiness to lead AI-enabled process improvements • Strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with Legal, Sales, and IT teams • Experience with Ironclad and DocuSign strongly preferred • Experience at a high-growth SaaS, cloud, or cybersecurity company • Exposure to privacy operations, data mapping, or DSR workflows • Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level.
