Requirements
• Proficiency in the English language (Upper-Intermediate+ level); • Exceptional communication skills (leverage effectively internal and external channels) • High level of Empathy (presented in daily customer and peer interactions); • Strong critical thinking skills (ask questions, gather relevant information, devise solutions); • Solid level of accountability (follow through on commitments, take responsibility, deliver work on time) • Ability to adapt to frequent change; • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively; • Proficiency in Office Suite and Google Programs; • Experience in the Customer Support/Service field would be a plus. • Role details. • Working schedule 5/2 – 15:30 to 24:00; • 20 paid vacation days per 12-month period, paid days for sick leaves.
