Responsibilities

Produce social-first creative end to end, from ideation through to execution.
Work closely with creative strategists and the paid media team for content planning shoots that translate strategy into high-performing creative.
Lead and manage production shoots focusing on efficiency and performance optimization.
Build and improve workflows enabling fast, repeatable creative production across channels.
Source, brief, collaborate with creators to produce authentic content for social platforms.
Use insights from audience feedback and platform trends to inform new ideas and testing opportunities.
Own budgets for projects including forecasting, tracking spend, reporting on cost per asset.
