Remote - Senior Product Manager, HRIS Integrations
Requirements

Responsibilities
• Integration Architecture & Design: Lead deep-dive technical discovery into Remote’s APIs and partner APIs. Understand data mapping, data flows, authentication flows, API keys, edge cases, and compliance requirements across 100+ countries. • Integration Architecture & Design: • Customer-Led Prioritization: Prioritize integration work based on customer needs, product impact, technical feasibility, and operational complexity. • Customer-Led Prioritization: • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Serve as the connective tissue between engineering, design, operations, GTM, sales, CX, and partners.
