• You already work as a Staff Engineer and have impact on department level, not only within your team • You have extensive experience in modern software engineering and distributed systems • You bring strong architectural thinking and can align teams and stakeholders on technical decisions • You have deep experience with event-driven systems, microservices, and AWS-based architectures • You are familiar with data warehouse concepts, data modeling, data governance, data pipelines, and data quality frameworks • You have a solid understanding of AI concepts such as LLMs, embeddings, vector search, agents, and automation patterns • You have experience integrating AI capabilities into existing systems or workflows and assessing feasibility, risk, and impact • You communicate fluently in English; German is a plus • Being part of our team means joining a high-performing company with a strong and diverse culture.
