Responsibilities
• Define and own VIP product strategy, roadmap, and KPIs. • Partner with cross-functional teams (Products, Engineering, Growth, Ops and Local teams). • Partner with Local Markets to develop and align go-to-market plans and scalable playbooks. • Develop scalable VIP growth tools (e.g., trial programs, incentive mechanics). • Manage VIP lifecycle processes and engagement programs. • Define KPIs, measure performance, analyze product usage and ROI; iterate based on data insights. • What We Look For In You • 5+ years in product management/strategy with a strong crypto background. • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and execution skills. • Familiarity with wealth management, trading products, OTC, or institutional workflows. • Excellent communication; Bilingual (English + Mandarin) is required to communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders based in chinese-speaking markets. • Ability to act independently, take initiative and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment. • Strong stakeholder communication and data-driven decision capability. • Problem solver, strong self-learner with sharp logical thinking. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g. engineering, statistics, business, marketing).
