Requirements

Responsibilities
• Partner with hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment across multiple European markets • Proactively source, engage, and attract top talent across diverse geographies • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for priority and high-impact roles • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process • Use data, market insights, and hiring trends to inform and optimise recruitment strategies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support scalable and efficient hiring processes • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on market dynamics, talent availability, and hiring best practices
