Requirements
• 💼 8+ years of experience in platform or backend engineering (or equivalent expertise). • 🧰 Deep knowledge of TypeScript, plus experience with Node.js, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, and AWS. • 🎯 Proven ability to lead projects independently from architecture to production. • 🌐 Strong communication skills and the ability to influence technical direction across teams. • 🛡️ A track record of building secure, reliable, high-performance platforms. • ❤️ A passion for craftsmanship — clean code, thoughtful design, and collaborative teamwork. • ⚖️ Confidence making strategic technical tradeoffs with company-wide implications. • 🔍 A growth mindset and ownership mentality, always looking to make systems better.
