• Deployment & Integration Mastery: Extensive professional experience in the physical deployment, integration, and startup of PLC, SCADA, BMS, and EPMS platforms. • Mission-Critical Execution: Proven ability to successfully execute, deploy, and startup automation systems in data center or other high-availability environments. • Protocol & Networking Proficiency: Deep hands-on familiarity with configuring and troubleshooting control protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, OPC-UA, and MQTT, integrating diverse field devices into unified platforms. • Industrial Systems Literacy: Strong practical knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, PLC/DDC logic, and industrial automation equipment operations. • Project & Field Leadership: Demonstrated ability to translate engineering designs into physical installations, driving deployment timelines, and navigating a fast paced construction environment. • On-Site Problem Solving: A track record of solving complex automation challenges, quickly diagnosing integration issues, and ensuring systems operate exactly as designed. • Mandatory Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline. • Advanced Academic Credentials: A Master’s degree in a relevant engineering or technical field. • Industry Certifications: Relevant professional certifications in specific PLC or SCADA platforms.
