Requirements
• Ownership-driven: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy taking responsibility for key deliverables. • Analytical and structured: You have a meticulous approach to tax compliance and documentation. • Communicative: Able to simplify complex tax requirements for non-specialists and build trust across teams. • Curious and adaptable: Keen to expand your tax expertise into new areas such as VAT, transfer pricing, and employment taxes. • Collaborative: Comfortable working cross-functionally and contributing to a small, close-knit tax team. • Experience: Must have experience in a corporate tax environment. • Qualifications: ACA and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent), with strong technical foundations in corporate tax. • Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of UK corporate tax, with knowledge of IFRS and international subsidiary structures. • Adviser Engagement: Experience coordinating with external tax advisers and managing responses. • Desirable Exposure: Familiarity with U.S. tax reporting, VAT, or employment taxes. • Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel and financial software for analysis and reporting. • Growth Mindset: Eager to learn, flexible in approach, and motivated by building in a scaling environment. • THE INTERVIEW PROCESS • 1.
