Responsibilities
• Translate ambitious product visions into scalable, production-ready solutions by making sound, data-driven technical and strategic decisions. • Partner closely with product managers, designers, and data teams to align on priorities, shape roadmaps, and deliver user features and platform capabilities. • Coach and develop senior engineers, enabling them to take ownership of technical initiatives and expand their influence across the organization. • Maintain a deep understanding of system architecture, performance, and reliability to guide long-term investment in stability and scalability. • Hire, onboard, and support exceptional engineering talent. Dedicate time to one-on-one conversations to understand motivations, build trust, and strengthen team dynamics.
