• Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, and middleware-driven architectures.
• Experience working with Twilio or similar telephony/contact centre platforms.
• Ability to independently assess existing systems and implement scalable technical improvements.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities across cloud-based and AI-powered systems.
• Experience documenting technical solutions, standards, and operational procedures.
• Comfortable operating with high ownership and minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to balance rapid execution with long-term maintainability and operational stability.
• Experience with workflow automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.
• Exposure to VB Scripts or legacy automation environments.
• Experience building or improving AI-powered customer support or call agent systems.
• Familiarity with operational reporting and analytics for AI voice platforms.
• Experience delivering short-term transformation or remediation projects.
• Understanding of AI operations, workflow optimisation, or conversational AI tooling.
