• This role exists to help us maintain financial accuracy across our casino product ecosystem while identifying opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.You'll help us ensure reliable financial settlements with casino game providers by owning reconciliation processes, investigating discrepancies, and turning financial data into actionable business insights. • What you’ll drive: • Financial Reconciliation & Control • Own monthly reconciliation processes with casino game providers • Validate financial settlements, accruals, deductions, and transactional data accuracy • Investigate discrepancies and ensure timely issue resolution • Maintain high standards of financial control and reporting accuracy • Financial Analysis & Business Insights • Analyze financial performance and profitability across providers and products • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve revenue and optimize costs • Support decision-making through data-driven recommendations • Prepare and maintain analytical reports for internal stakeholders • Process Improvement & Automation • Partner with internal teams and providers to collect and validate financial data • Support initiatives aimed at automating reconciliation and reporting processes • Improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and operational workflows • Contribute to scalable financial processes as the business grows • Partner Collaboration • Communicate with external providers regarding settlements, discrepancies, and financial queries • Coordinate resolution of exchange rate differences and reporting inconsistencies • Support commercial discussions related to discounts and financial adjustments • Build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders • What makes you a GR8 fit • Must-have • 1+ year of experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial Analysis, or a related field • Experience working with large datasets and financial reports • Strong Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, and data analysis tools • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and business opportunities • Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher, both written and spoken • Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with external partners • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, or a related discipline • Nice-to-have • Experience in the Gambling, iGaming, Fintech, or Payments industry • Knowledge of reconciliation and settlement processes • Experience with Jira, 1C, or similar business systems • Exposure to process automation or reporting optimization initiatives • Understanding of exchange rate calculations and international settlements • Benefits Cafeteria — annual budget you allocate to: • Sports • Medical • Mental health • Home office • Languages. • Work-life & support • Work-life & support • Paid maternity/paternity leave + monthly childcare allowance. • 20+ vacation days, unlimited sick leave, emergency time off. • Remote-first + tech support + coworking compensation. • Team events (online/offline/offsite). • Learning culture with internal courses + growth programs. • Our culture & core values: • GR8_TECH culture is how we win — through trust, ownership, and a growth mindset.
