Requirements

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the real estate team to assess feasibility and develop design concepts for interior fit-out of warehouse and fulfillment center projects. • Prepare detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements. • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery according to specifications and timelines. • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure quality control. • Provide technical support during the construction phase, resolving any technical issues that may arise. • Assist in the procurement process, including obtaining bids, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships. • Develop and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports. • Provide post-contract facilities management support, ensuring that the completed project meets operational requirements and maintenance standards. • What you ‘ll need • What you ‘ll need • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. • 7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on interior fit-out for warehouse and fulfillment center projects. • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes. • Experience with project management software and tools. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • What we’ll provide you • We offer colleagues the opportunity to drive impact in the region while they learn and grow.
