Requirements

Responsibilities
• Lead one or more high-impact strategic projects, scoping, validating, and executing alongside senior stakeholders • Work across cross-functional teams including Growth, Product, and Operations to drive outcomes • Solve business-critical problems in areas such as operations optimisation with AI, market expansion, partnerships, or patient journey improvement • Develop frameworks, insights, or tools that can scale beyond your internship • Contribute to our operating rhythm by tracking KPIs, preparing leadership materials, and helping shape strategy • Bring a strong point of view, challenge assumptions, and help turn ambiguity into action
