Rackspace - Senior Azure Solution Architect (Immediate joiner Preferred)

• Design and implement Azure cloud solutions for clients to meet their business needs within the public cloud environment. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, security, compliance, legal, sales/marketing, customer success, etc., as well as internal stakeholders across Rackspace's global footprint and partnerships in India to ensure successful project delivery. • Provide technical guidance on Azure best practices for clients while ensuring alignment with their business objectives within the public cloud environment. • Develop scalable architectures that meet client requirements, taking into account performance, security, compliance, cost optimization, disaster recovery and other considerations in a hybrid or multi-cloud context as needed by Rackspace's clients. • Lead Azure migration projects for existing on-premises infrastructure to the public cloud while ensuring minimal downtime and business continuity during transitions. • Monitor, troubleshoot, optimize performance of deployed solutions in real time or proactively based on client feedback within a hybrid/multi-cloud context as needed by Rackspace's clients. • Provide technical support to internal stakeholders across the organization and partnerships for Azure migration projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives, performance optimization, security compliance etc., in India or globally based on client needs within a hybrid/multi-cloud context as needed by Rackspace's clients. • Participate actively in industry events such as conferences and meetups to stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices for Azure cloud services, while also representing Rackspace at these engagements when appropriate based on client needs within a hybrid/multi-cloud context as needed by Rackspace's clients. • Mentor junior team members in designing, implementing, troubleshooting, optimizing performance of deployed solutions and providing technical support to internal stakeholders for Azure migration projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives within a hybrid/multi-cloud context as needed by Rackspace's clients. • Contribute regularly to the development or enhancement of documentation related to cloud services, architecture designs, best practices, and other relevant materials based on client needs within a hybrid/multi-cloud context as needed by Rackspace's clients.
