Requirements
• 5+ years directly growing, managing, inspiring, and mentoring teams of Solutions professionals with a wide range of experience • You are technically curious and passionate about pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with rapidly evolving AI technology • You’re an expert technology evangelist, seasoned at presenting to large groups of customers, partners, and internal stakeholders • You’ve built strong relationships with sales, product, marketing, and sales enablement teams • You’ve helped customers understand how to leverage SaaS APIs and admin and end-user integrations as part of an integrated solution • You have initiated and managed complex projects to completion • You have a growth mindset and thrive in the building stage of a nascent team • You’re highly adaptable, easily acclimating to a rapidly changing business and industry • You've been a first or early hire at a fast-growing startup before • You have experience designing and implementing relational databases • You’re knowledgeable about large language models and have experience using AI-based tools to improve your daily workflows • You have coding experience that would enable you to write basic scripts using the Notion API • We hire talented and passionate people from a variety of backgrounds because we want our global employee base to represent the wide diversity of our customers. Responsibilities
• Grow and mentor an organization of seasoned and high-potential Solutions Engineers serving customers in the enterprise segment throughout EMEA. • Serve as a key leader within our EMEA hub in London, acting closely with UK GM and other leaders to advise on customer needs for Notion solutions. • Work collaboratively across functions including Engineering, Product, Marketing, CX (Customer Experience), RevOps (Revenue Operations), Sales Enablement, and Sales as a key evangelist influencing product roadmap and showcasing Notion solutions to customers. • Define and evolve technical proofs of concepts/demos/tools that demonstrate value at scale for customer adoption. • Build culture of technical expertise among users in EMEA region helping them integrate Notion with their existing tools and workflows effectively. • Coordinate internal, third-party resources as well as customers to facilitate necessary integrations, workflows or security consultant configurations when required by the customer's needs. • Participate in kickoff calls for onboarding new clients ensuring alignment of product expectations with their implementation and transition requirements towards Customer Success roles. • Advocate openly within CX team regarding escalated tickets to ensure timely resolution or follow-up actions are taken by the appropriate teams. • Document technical considerations that arise during customer interactions, contributing knowledge baselines for future reference in similar scenarios and use cases.
