Sky Mavis - Senior Product Designer

• Contribute to the overall direction and decision-making for product and design strategy • Own the end-to-end user journey, from initial ideation and prototyping to usability testing and final production • Make a complex domain like Web3 simple to use and understand for Web2 users • Contribute to our design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across all products • Actively look for and leverage data to help make informed design decisions • Work cross-functionally with product management and engineering to help define and execute the product roadmap • Design web and mobile experiences that are simple, accessible, and highly functional • Participate in regular design critiques to receive and provide constructive feedback • What We Look For • What We Look For • You have 4+ years of Product Design or UX Design experience • You try to fully understand the problem before jumping into a solution • You’re serious about data-driven design and consistently push for evidence-based solutions • You’re a curious individual who loves to ask questions and leave no stones unturned • You have a great attention to detail and a knack for storytelling when presenting your work and design decisions to stakeholders • You work well in a cross-functional team setting and a fast-paced environment • You like to bring order to chaos and can navigate ambiguity • You’re accountable, willing to learn every day, and enjoy sharing knowledge with others • You have a genuine interest in crypto and financial products • You’re open minded to try new things and are able to apply AI tools smartly to improve your design workflow and efficiency. • If the above speaks to you, send over your resume, portfolio and a cover letter and we’ll get in touch!
