• As a Senior Engineering Manager at Trainline, you will... 🚄 • Lead multiple teams and their Engineering Managers, supporting them in career development through coaching and performance management • Own end-to-end delivery for your teams, ensuring projects are planned, executed, and delivered in a timely and high-quality manner • Partner closely with Product, Design, Data Science and business stakeholders to align technical delivery to business outcomes. Use domain expertise to guide teams toward high-impact opportunities. • Support technical direction and architecture without being deeply hands-on with code.
