Requirements

• 3+ years in crypto, with at least two of those in a closing or pipeline-building sales role. This is non-negotiable. • Deep existing network across crypto founders, operators, and finance teams • Ideal backgrounds: former VC associate in deal flow and ecosystem mapping, early sales hire at a crypto-native company, GTM or BD at a major L1/L2 or prominent crypto project, direct experience selling to stablecoin-native companies • Strong written and verbal communication. You can tell Altitude's story clearly and compellingly. • Comfortable with CRM tools and pipeline reporting • US-based, East Coast preferred (New York or Miami ideal). Willingness to travel up to 50% for conferences and in-person meetings.
