Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in global benefits, total rewards, or related People functions, ideally in high-growth tech environments. • Deep knowledge of U.S. and international benefits, including health and welfare plans, pension/retirement schemes, statutory programs, and leave regulations across multiple regions. • Strong experience managing benefits vendors, brokers, and renewals, with an ability to negotiate, benchmark, and maintain cost-effective programs. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex benefits clearly, partner across executive and functional teams, and deliver an exceptional employee experience. • A systems thinker with strong project management skills, capable of balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution. • Experience supporting global expansion and entity setup in new countries. • Familiarity with HRIS, ben-admin platforms, and payroll integrations. • CEBS, GBA, PHR, or similar benefits-related certification. • Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. Responsibilities

• Manage global benefits for employees across all locations worldwide as part of Sierra's OperationsHR department in San Francisco, CA. This includes overseeing the administration and communication related to employee compensation packages that range from $170K – $200K with equity offers available. The candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship for themselves or future employees they may supervise, as per Sierra's policy and belief in teamwork within an on-site company environment based in San Francisco. • Utilize Metaview AI notetaking tool during interviews by recording notes silently with the candidate’s approval to streamline interview processes for potential hires into Global Benefits Manager roles, ensuring efficient and effective communication of benefits information without manual note taking from Sierra's HR team. • Participate in diversity surveys voluntarily offered during recruitment as part of Sierra's efforts towards evaluating their workplace diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a diverse working environment within the OperationsHR department, specifically for Global Benefits Manager roles based on San Francisco location requirements without affecting job application status. • Engage in activities that support company culture by being an active team member as Sierra emphasizes importance of collaboration among employees during interviews and hiring processes using Metaview AI tool to maintain a positive work environment for the OperationsHR department, specifically within Global Benefits Manager roles based on San Francisco location requirements. • Complete mandatory diversity surveys that are part of recruitment process as Sierra's company values assessing their efforts towards creating an inclusive and diverse working culture in all departments including OperationsHR with a focus on the role of Global Benefits Manager, specifically within San Francisco based location requirements. • Be open to relocation if necessary for job responsibilities since while currently not residing in SF Bay Area but willingness is shown towards moving as per Sierra's company policy and requirement that candidates should be able to work from the specified office locations without visa sponsorship needs, specifically within Global Benefits Manager roles based on San Francisco location requirements. • Be comfortable with using Metaview AI tool for interview recording during hiring process since it is a part of Sierra's company policy and practice in streamlining interviews by recoding discussions to enable full presence without manual note taking, specifically within Global Benefits Manager roles based on San Francisco location requirements. • Be willing to participate in diversity surveys as they are voluntary activities during the hiring process that help Sierra evaluate their efforts towards creating a diverse and inclusive workplace culture for OperationsHR department with specific focus on benefits management, specifically within Global Benefits Manager roles based on San Francisco location requirements. • Be legally author
