• 2+ years of product management experience. You've shipped products that external users have adopted. • High agency. You don't wait for perfect information. You see problems, propose solutions, and drive toward outcomes. • Sharp product instincts backed by rigor. You have a point of view on what to build and why, and you can pressure-test your own assumptions. • Strong communication skills. You can articulate complex tradeoffs clearly to engineers, designers, and enterprise stakeholders. You over-communicate progress, blockers, and decisions. • Comfortable with ambiguity. Working in a startup means the complete roadmap isn't handed to you.
