Requirements
• 2–3 years of professional experience in an HR, People, operations, or administrative role • Hands-on experience with Workday—you know how to navigate it confidently and keep data clean and accurate • Outstanding attention to detail, especially when it comes to documents, contracts, and data • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball • A proactive, can-do attitude—you spot what needs to be done and you do it • Genuine interest in people, culture, and building great employee experiences • Native-level German and fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus • Experience supporting benefits administration across multiple European countries • Exposure to a fast-paced, high-growth technology or start-up environment • Experience planning and executing company events or culture programs • Don’t meet every single requirement? Responsibilities
• Administer and coordinate employee benefits across EMEA countries, serving as the first point of contact for employee questions and working closely with providers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations • Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, improve documentation workflows, and free up time for the work that actually moves the needle • Draft, manage, and maintain employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documents with a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail • Maintain and update employee data in Workday, ensuring records are accurate, complete, and compliant at all times • Support onboarding and offboarding processes across the EMEA region, making sure every employee has a smooth and well-organized experience from day one • Drive culture projects and help build a strong sense of community across a distributed, fast-growing team • Partner with the broader global People team to roll out programs and initiatives, providing regional context and ensuring local relevance • Identify process improvements and help build scalable People operations as our EMEA team continues to grow
