Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, ideally in B2B or enterprise SaaS • Proven experience leading brand evolution or repositioning efforts • Strong background in campaign development, visual systems, and storytelling • Hands-on experience experimenting with AI tools in creative workflows • Ability to connect creative decisions to business impact (pipeline, conversion, influence) • Exceptional taste, high standards, and the ability to move fast without sacrificing quality • Comfortable collaborating with senior leaders and influencing without authority
Responsibilities
• Creative Vision & Brand Expression • Own and evolve Demandbase’s creative expression across all channels: web, campaigns, product launches, content, social, events, and sales enablement • Translate our AI narrative and brand strategy into compelling visual and storytelling systems • Ensure consistency, quality, and differentiation across every customer and market touchpoint • Push the brand forward — balancing polish with boldness and speed • AI-Powered Creative Studio • Build and lead a modern creative studio using AI + human-in-the-loop workflows to increase speed, scale, and experimentation • Identify where AI can enhance ideation, design, production, and iteration — without compromising creative quality • Establish repeatable systems, templates, and toolkits that enable high-volume, high-impact output • Continuously optimize creative workflows to reduce friction and accelerate time-to-market • Campaigns, Content & GTM Execution • Lead creative development for major brand campaigns, product launches, and GTM moments • Partner with Content and Product Marketing to bring thought leadership, category narratives, and outcomes-based storytelling to life • Support Growth, Field, Partner, and Sales teams with creative that drives engagement, pipeline, and bookings • Elevate executive and company storytelling through visuals, presentations, and signature assets • Team Leadership & Collaboration • Lead and mentor designers, producers, and creative partners (internal and external) • Act as a strategic creative partner to stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and Revenue • Set clear creative standards, feedback loops, and decision-making frameworks • Balance hands-on creative leadership with scalable execution
