Toku - Finance Manager
Requirements
• You have 3-5 years of similar compliance experience, previous experience in a start up is a big plus. • Working knowledge of VAT/GST mechanics, US state tax compliance, corporate income tax coordination, and statutory annual filings. You don't need to file them yourself but you need to know enough to review and challenge. • Strong track record managing external consultants - you can spot underperformance, push back on scope creep, and negotiate fees. • Strong written communication. You will be drafting emails to auditors, consultants, regulators, and executive leadership constantly. • Bias toward automation.
