Requirements

• You’ll play a key role in shaping how CodeRabbit scales its commercial organization internationally. • Build proactive pipelines of exceptional GTM talent across key EMEA markets • Drive outbound sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and creative talent engagement strategies • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from initial outreach through closing • Advise leadership on talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring best practices • Help improve recruiting operations, interview processes, and hiring efficiency • Collaborate cross-functionally with People Operations and leadership teams to support international hiring and scaling initiatives • Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction efforts for CodeRabbit in EMEA • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with strong experience hiring GTM talent • Experience recruiting across EMEA markets and understanding regional hiring dynamics • Proven ability to source and close passive candidates in competitive markets • Strong partnership and stakeholder management skills • Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, high-growth environment • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Experience recruiting for SaaS, developer tools, AI, or high-growth technology companies strongly preferred • Familiarity with ATS and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across EMEA, including: Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Commercial & Enterprise Field Engineer. Customer Success Managers, Partnerships & Alliances, Marketing and Revenue Operations
