Requirements

• At least 3 years of analytical experience, preferably in B2C marketing analytics; • Understanding of multi-touch attribution mechanisms; • Advanced proficiency in SQL; • Proficiency in Tableau or similar tools; • Solid statistical knowledge and experience in using statistics to analyze complex data; • At least an Intermediate level of English; • Familiarity with GIT and Airflow is a plus; • Experience with Python libraries is also a plus. • We appreciate those skills and personal features: • Capability to work self-sufficiently; • Attention to detail and strong work ethic; • Proactive and result-oriented mindset. • We are seeking those who align with our core values: • GROWE TOGETHER: Our team is our main asset. Responsibilities

• Define key metrics and methodologies for Marketing and CRM analytics; align them with overall business goals; assist in efficient decision-making. • Identify opportunities and issues through data analysis; bring insights to the table; present findings in an easy, actionable way. • Work independently but collaborate closely across departments (Marketing, Finance, Product) for regular updates on marketing channel effectiveness impacting acquisition pipeline. • Maintain data integrity from various sources and actively challenge existing data flows to improve them; contribute to enhancing accuracy, reliability, and overall quality of the company's data assets. • Develop user-friendly Tableau dashboards for monitoring primary Marketing and CRM KPIs (both current and new). • Recommend innovative ideas aimed at optimizing marketing performance and efficiency; lead automated reporting to ensure timely, accurate information delivery.
