Requirements
• This role is for a PM-minded growth builder—someone who ships, measures, and iterates. You bring: • An AI-first approach: • Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate research, targeting, personalization, creative iteration, and operational workflows • A proven track record improving top-of-funnel outcomes (e.g., registrations, conversion rate, CAC) through experimentation • A builder mindset: • You can create lightweight systems, landing pages, flows, templates, automations, and instrumentation yourself. • Strong analytics and experimentation chops • Strong product expertise: • 8+ years of product management experience. • Experience designing and launching and supporting the growth of products • Proven ability to build complex workflow tools and AI-integrated features that support high-stakes decision-making in regulated environments. • Demonstrated ability to lead agile teams and manage the product development lifecycle end to end. • Strategic thinker with excellent execution skills capable of balancing long-term vision with short-term priorities. • This remote opportunity based out of the U.S. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
Responsibilities
• Own member acquisition end-to-end: from identifying high-potential eligible populations to driving registration and early activation. • Build the member acquisition “machine”: • Segmentation and targeting logic • Channel and messaging strategy • A living experiment backlog • Measurement frameworks and weekly operating cadence • Stand up AI-driven growth workflows to scale: • Personalization and targeting • Creative generation and iteration • Campaign orchestration and ops efficiency • Run bold experiments across the acquisition funnel, including: • Partner / employer launch playbooks • Member outreach (email, SMS, direct mail where applicable) • Landing pages, referral loops, and conversion paths • Instrument, analyze, and explain performance: • Build and maintain dashboards • Evaluate experiments with strong measurement hygiene • Clearly call winners and losers and double down or kill fast • Other duties as assigned
