Requirements

Responsibilities
• Mobile-First Product Development - Own the design and development of high-quality, performant mobile experiences, including hands-on work with React Native, while ensuring a consistent experience across web and mobile. • Mobile-First Product Development - • Full-Stack Engineering - Develop and maintain scalable, high-availability applications across the stack using modern front-end and back-end technologies. • Full-Stack Engineering - • Growth Collaboration - Partner closely with the Growth team to implement experiments, optimize funnels, improve activation and engagement, and iterate quickly based on data and customer insights. • Growth Collaboration - • API & Data Architecture - Design and implement APIs using GraphQL to efficiently support both mobile and web experiences. • API & Data Architecture - • Backend Services - Build and maintain robust backend services using ASP.NET, with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability. • Backend Services - • Frontend Development - Create intuitive, responsive user interfaces using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript patterns, with mobile considerations front and center. • Frontend Development - • React • Data & Storage - Work with relational and non-relational databases, including Microsoft SQL, to support product and growth use cases. • Data & Storage - • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Growth partners, and other engineers to define scope, align on priorities, and deliver impactful features. • Cross-Functional Collaboration - • Mentorship & Code Quality - Lead by example through thoughtful code reviews, mentoring junior engineers, and promoting best practices in testing, documentation, and system design. • Mentorship & Code Quality - • Third-Party Integrations - Lead integrations with third-party services and APIs, ensuring reliability, security, and performance. • Third-Party Integrations - • Continuous Improvement - Stay current with emerging technologies and frameworks, especially those relevant to mobile development and growth experimentation. • Continuous Improvement -
