• Strong understanding of drone technology, Public Safety sUAS operations, and regulatory compliance. • Familiarity with Drone as First Responder (DFR) concepts of operation (professional experience highly preferred). • Experience with or strong interest in DFR Dock deployments, remote sUAS operations, and associated site planning considerations. • Comfortable engaging customers in a remote, inside-sales environment, including virtual demos, meetings, and technical workshops. • Ability to work independently in the field while supporting customer trials, deployment activities, and operational evaluations. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in dynamic or high-pressure scenarios. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences. • FAA Part 107 Certificate. • Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time. • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs unaided.
