• 2+ years editing video content professionally, with a portfolio showing short-form and testimonial work • Strong command of at least one professional editing tool (CapCut Pro, Premiere, DaVinci, or similar) • Ability to take unstructured raw footage and make editorial decisions independently • Reliable async communicator who can manage their own output without hand-holding • B2-level English or better for captions, on-screen text, and context accuracy • Experience managing or posting to LinkedIn, Instagram, or X on behalf of a brand • Basic motion graphics or caption animation skills • Familiarity with Riverside or similar recording platforms • Tools and Stack CapCut Pro preferred.
