Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure in complex, enterprise environments. • 4+ years of experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI). • 3+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform preferred, ARM or Bicep). • 3+ years of experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration using Kubernetes (AKS). • 3+ years of experience in scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell). • 2+ years of experience working in regulated environments, applying standards such as HIPAA or similar. • Advanced English • Proven experience designing secure solutions for handling sensitive data. • Strong autonomy and ability to drive technical decisions • Experience with medical imaging and DICOM standards (Orthanc, dcm4che, PACS). • Experience with large-scale data architectures or Real-World Data (RWD). • Experience with Azure-native databases (Cosmos DB, Azure SQL) and performance optimization. • Background collaborating with data engineering or machine learning teams.
Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure Azure cloud architectures. • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable and continuous software delivery. • Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for automated and reproducible environments. • Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, PHI), applying best practices. • Define monitoring, logging, alerting, and cost optimization strategies across Azure environments. • Collaborate with engineering and data teams, acting as a cloud subject matter expert.
