Requirements

Responsibilities
• Monitor and manage all contract renewal activities • Identify opportunities for contract renewals and process them in a timely manner • Work closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention • Update and maintain accurate customer and contract data in CRM system(s) • Communicate with clients regarding their contract status and renewal • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to the renewal process • Proactively suggest improvements to the renewals process
