Requirements
• Experience giving and receiving code reviews, both live and written • Typical experience for this level: a Bachelor’s degree plus ~8 years, a Master’s plus ~6 years, a PhD plus ~3 years, or equivalent depth of demonstrated impact. • It’s helpful for you to have at least some of the following: • Experience working in horizontally scaling systems • Experience in or familiarity with message/event-driven architecture patterns and distributed systems architecture • Familiarity with agentic development workflows and AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Devin) • Familiarity with systems integration • Experience working with an integrated design team • An automation mindset
