• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant subject such as Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology or Social Science or equivalent industry experience • Experience in a B2B or SaaS setting. • Strong analytical mindset with experience in qualitative and quantitative research. • Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic insights and clear recommendations. • Expert storyteller and communicator able to engage and encourage confidence across different teams. • Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams. • Skilled at prioritising and delivering research in ambiguous, dynamic environments. • Adept at facilitating workshops and collaborative sessions to drive alignment and innovation. • Proven record in conducting user research for advanced data analytics platforms • What you can expect from us • We won’t just meet your expectations.
