You love what you do and you do it with purpose. • Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent • Minimum 5 years experience with managing projects related to cybersecurity solutions, services, or enterprise security programmes • Experience leveraging AI-driven project management tools, predictive analytics, or automation frameworks to optimize resource allocation, track milestones, and streamline professional services delivery • Working knowledge of AI concepts, tools, and use cases relevant to service delivery or customer transformation • Experience in delivery of large, complex projects with multiple workstreams • At Zscaler, we are committed to building a team that reflects the communities we serve and the customers we work with.
