Requirements
• 5–7+ years of experience in enterprise mobility and endpoint management. • Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune and related MDM platforms in a production enterprise environment. • Experience managing and troubleshooting iOS/iPadOS, Android (corporate and BYOD), Windows 10/11, macOS, and Windows 365 Cloud PCs. • Strong knowledge of endpoint security and zero-trust principles with a solid understanding of Azure AD (Entra ID), Conditional Access, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint security. • Experience working in hybrid Active Directory and Group Policy environments. • Proficiency in PowerShell and automation for endpoint management. • Strong problem-solving, collaboration, analytical, and communication skills. • Strong end-user service orientation with a focus on user satisfaction and experience. • Ability to prioritize and lead the team to troubleshoot complex issues across the firm, provide root cause analyses, and make recommendations to mitigate future risk while maintaining composure and focus in a fast-paced environment. • Flexibility to work on a broad range of issues, tasks and occasional weekend work/on call rotation as required. • Commitment to the highest ethical standards. • We take care of our people • We invest in our people, their careers, their health, and their well-being. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.

As a Fundamental Researcher, your qualitative research will explain the why.
