Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Tradeify.co traders and customers through all support channels. • Accurately identify, assess, and efficiently resolve a wide range of inquiries related to account questions and complex technical/operational issues with trading platforms, data feeds, and executions. • Use technical ability to master Trader Support Specialist's own platform as well as internal tools and proprietary systems for maintaining product knowledge through ongoing education. • Skillfully troubleshoot incoming inquiries by determining severity and escalating them appropriately within the organization, ensuring prompt resolution with diligent follow-up. • Make every trader interaction complete using empathy as well as technical expertise to provide comprehensive care for traders' needs. • Actively participate in improving Tradeify.co’s Learning Center and internal knowledge bases by contributing content that promotes self-service capabilities for traders, focusing on customer satisfaction (CSAT), Quality Assurance, and overall response times.
