Requirements

Responsibilities
• Automation Design & Implementation: Create streamlined automation solutions using Airtable and Zapier for core program management workflows, including attendance tracking, staffing charts, and performance-based KPIs. • System Troubleshooting: Proactively audit and troubleshoot existing workflows to ensure zero operational downtime. • Process Optimization: Collaborate across various departments to identify manual bottlenecks and design scalable automation opportunities. • Documentation: Build and maintain comprehensive, clear documentation for all active workflows, databases, and automation logic. • Team Enablement: Provide training and technical support to internal team members to ensure smooth adoption of automated systems. • Innovation: Stay current with emerging automation trends, features, and third-party integrations to continuously improve company operations.
