Requirements
• 5 to 10+ years of product management experience in a scaling SaaS or enterprise software environment • Direct experience building or scaling marketing technology, campaign orchestration systems, or outbound engagement platforms • Systems thinking across workflows, integrations, constraints, and execution layers • Experience integrating complex systems and APIs • Experience collaborating with data and analytics teams, ideally including exposure to ML-driven initiatives • Energy, telecom, fintech, or similar domain experience • Experience with operational event systems such as outage or service-triggered communications • Exposure to predictive segmentation or AI-driven engagement systems
