Responsibilities
• BUILD & OPERATE CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE • Design, build, and operate infrastructure powering our cloud platform for high availability, performance, and developer efficiency. • Push the boundaries on how we scale to millions of users • OBSERVABILITY, SECURITY & AUTOMATION • Drive observability, monitoring, and alerting, and reduce operational toil through automation and smart tooling. • Improve the security and observability posture • RELIABILITY (KTLO) & ON-CALL • Contribute to on-call rotation, helping keep our systems healthy and performant. • Own and evolve KTLO (keep-the-lights-on) work: tackle reliability, performance bottlenecks, and critical bug fixes. • CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION & STRATEGY • Collaborate closely with Cloud team engineers, and sync with product engineers and PMs from other teams to support cross-functional projects; working with other engineering teams, Support, Customer Success, Sales. • Play a key role in strategic technical decisions, including architecture, tooling, and platform evolution.
