Responsibilities
• Build strong relationships at senior levels and throughout their assigned Government clients to identify opportunities by providing valuable solutions across the spectrum of D&B data and services. • Leverage knowledge of Agency Missions to introduce D&B core capabilities in order to build trust and respect with customers. • Conduct quarterly detailed account planning process as a team leader, leading sales support team members through this activity. • Meet overall sales targets by retaining existing accounts and growing new business opportunities within the assigned territories or government departments/agencies of strategic importance to D&B's long-term success. • Accurately report progress against monthly revenue, renewal management, win-back, cross-sell, up-sell targets by communicating timely and precise forecasting information with the relevant stakeholders within Dun & Bradstreet or their assigned government clients. • Maintain consistent and accurate data in Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (SFDC) to support territory planning, account management, and revenue forecasting activities for both existing accounts as well as new business opportunities being pursued with the Government sector of strategic importance.
